Targets on your commitment screen
The commitment screen now shows auto-tracked workout targets with live progress.
What changed
Your commitment screen now has a Your Targets section. You can track workout frequency, streaks, and logged PR-style goals for weight, reps, or hold time without adding a separate manual log.
Targets use workout data CoachMoach already records, so progress stays tied to completed sessions and logged sets instead of a stale saved snapshot.
What you'll notice
- Suggested targets help you pick a simple next destination.
- Target cards show current progress, target value, and whether the metric is weekly, monthly, by date, or ongoing.
- You can edit a target value/date, pause it, resume it, or remove it.
- Completed targets can award a small XP bonus once.
What didn't change
Body metrics, self-report goals, recurring weekly rewards, and workout voice target prompts are still separate future work.
